This hard water pump at a hospital in Chile was only averaging a few months in service before maintenance would have to be performed to repair deep erosion / corrosion damage.
After thoroughly grit blasting, all deeply damaged areas were repaired with CeramAlloy CP+AC. Two coats of CeramAlloy CL+AC were then applied to provide erosion / corrosion resistance.
